However, we guarantee that these irregularities will not in any way compromise the overall appearance, quality or longevity of our pieces. Each garment is thoroughly checked with care before shipping.

We ship worldwide via DHL.
Please note that customers outside of the EU may incur custom duties in accordance with the legislation of their country.
Any such custom duties are not included in the purchase price and it is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes that incur during shipping.
We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties and no refund will be allowed in these circumstances.
Please check with your local customs office before finalizing your purchase.
In case the parcel goes missing or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with DHL.

If you wish to return one of your items, please contact us via email stating your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the returns procedure.
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of shipment on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and carefully packed in the original packaging.
